Sarah Sophie Flicker      

Activist, Producer, Women's Rights Organizer, Author

Sarah Sophie Flicker is an activist, producer, writer, filmmaker, cultural organizer, creative director, and aerialist. She is the Founder and Creative Director of the political cabaret group, The Citizens Band, and serves as the Editor-At-Large for Violet Book. Her writing has been featured in several notable publications including Hello Giggles, Rookie Magazine, W Magazine, Vogue, Refinery29, The Cut, Cosmo.com, and Stylist. Additionally, her work appears in Rizzoli’s publication "The Inspired Home."

As a national organizer at the Women's March, Flicker has played a significant role in shaping national conversations around women's rights and social justice. She has collaborated extensively with various organizations committed to social change, including Emily's List, Lady Parts Justice, Women's March, PLUS (paid family leave), United We Dream, and Planned Parenthood. Flicker's experience also extends to her prior role as Content Producer and Creative Director with ART NOT WAR.

Flicker is also a founder and member of The Resistance Revival Chorus. She has co-authored "Together We Rise: Behind the Scenes at the Protest Heard Around the World", a book documenting the one-year anniversary of the Women’s March. The proceeds from this book are shared with three grassroots, women-led organizations: The Gathering for Justice, SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective, and Indigenous Women Rise, showcasing her commitment to supporting impactful community initiatives.
