First Access Entertainment, a joint venture between Stennett and Len Blavatnik of Access Industries, offers recorded music, management, and publishing services as well as film, TV & tech development and acting & model management. Central to the company’s services is the alignment of strategic brand partnerships across its roster.

She launched the career of hip-hop artist Iggy Azalea, whose platinum-selling debut album, "The New Classic", garnered four Grammy nominations and a 2014 AMA for Favourite Rap/Hip-Hop Album.

In early 2016 Stennett successfully oversaw the repositioning of Zayn’s career as a solo artist, enabling his debut album “Mind Of Mine” went to number 1 in the UK and US.

Stennett also represents Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, and Bebe Rexha.
