Maybin focuses on enhancing collaboration and communication using practical tools, drawing from her diverse upbringing as a "military brat" who moved frequently. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and has served as a university dean of students. Maybin has authored books like "If You Can’t Say Something Nice, What DO You Say?" and "Say What You Mean in a Nice Way," providing insights into communicating with kindness and respect.
