Saron Tesafalul is Vice President in the Consumer, Retail and Dining Vertical and is a member of the North American Private Equity team at Bain Capital Private Equity. While at Bain Capital Tesfalul has also briefly worked at a portfolio company and on deal opportunities in Asia. She currently serves as a member of the firm’s training program and the recruiting team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Ms. Tesfalul was a consultant with Bain & Company where she advised in the consumer retail, healthcare, technology and telecom industries. She began her career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Tesfalul received her MBA from Stanford University. She graduated cum laude with an AB in Economics and a minor in African Studies from Harvard University.
