Scott Wagner has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer for GoodRx, the digital health platform and leading destination for prescription savings, since April 2023.

Previously, Wagner served in various leadership roles at GoDaddy, including CEO and president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. There, he helped to triple the company's revenue to approximately $3 billion by expanding the company’s product suite, growing its customer base, and increasing customer engagement. Wagner joined GoDaddy from global private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.

Wagner serves on the boards of several high-growth tech companies, including GoFundMe, Kajabi, DoubleVerify and BILL. He also sits on the Leadership Council for Yale’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Wagner holds a BA degree in economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
