SKILLS AND EXPERTISE Ms. Seema Paul previously served as Chief of Policy at UNAIDS, where she led work to identify areas of collaboration between the AIDS and climate change advocacy communities. She worked at the UN Foundation as the Senior Program Officer on the Environment Team, where she managed a $100 million project portfolio that included innovative initiatives like the Collaborative Labelling and Appliance Standards Program, the Global Reporting Initiative, and the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment, among others. Ms. Paul was Program Director of the India Initiative; in this role, she catalyzed public-private partnerships between the UN, the Indian Diaspora, and the private sector.
