Shane joined Twitter in 2012 and serves as Director, People Systems and Analytics. Prior to joining Twitter, Shane served as Head of Compensation at Tesla Motors, Inc., and filled HR Manager and Analyst roles at Google, Nike and Johnson & Johnson. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College and an M.S. in Industrial Organization from San Francisco State University.
