Shantanu Sinha is the Director of Product Management at Google and a Founding Board Member of Khan Lab Schools. Khan Lab Schools provides an extended-year, extended-day, mixed-age program with a project-based learning approach. It is supported by a team of Advisors, Content Specialists, and Teachers who guide students through gradually increasing levels of independence.

Previously, he was the President and COO of the Khan Academy, a not-for-profit organization with the mission of providing a world-class education to anyone, anywhere. Their library of over 3300 videos covers K-12 math, science topics such as biology, chemistry, and physics, and even reaches into the humanities with playlists on finance and history.

Before that, Shantanu Sinha worked as an Associate Principal in McKinsey & Company's Silicon Valley office, where he advised senior management of Fortune 500 companies on strategic and operational issues. He holds three Bachelors degrees (Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, Mathematics, and Brain & Cognitive Sciences) and a Masters in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, all from MIT.
