Sharon Jordan-Evans is an organization consultant and executive coach with over fifteen years of experience working with teams and coaching senior leaders as they strive to improve morale, commitment, productivity and the bottom line during times of constant, rapid change. She is president of the Jordan Evans Group, a company dedicated to increasing organizational effectiveness.

Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Jordan-Evans served as Senior Vice President and Consulting Partner for Drake Beam Morin, Inc., the world's leading transition management consulting firm. During her nine years at DBM, Jordan-Evans led their career and change management efforts in the Southwestern United States and Latin America.

Jordan-Evan's specialties include: executive coaching, strategic competency development, retention strategies, and high performance team building. She has consulted with both large and small organizations representing such diverse industries as health care, high technology, financial services, entertainment, computers, and insurance. International experience includes work in Switzerland, Australia, the U.K. and Mexico. She has worked with companies such as PacifiCare, Ethel M. Chocolates, Walt Disney Imagineering, Metropolitan Water District, GTE, Day Runner, AT&T, Ford, Edison, First Interstate Bank, Best Western International, Hughes Delco Systems Organization, Philip Morris, LSI Logic, Universal Studios, PG&E, Xerox, Honeywell and Boeing.

Jordan-Evans has a masters degree in organization development (psychology) with an emphasis on group dynamics, change management and job satisfaction research and is a professional certified coach. She is a member of the Los Angeles and National Organization Development Networks, International Coach Federation and Human Resources Planning Society.

Jordan-Evan co-authored (with Beverly Kaye) the bestseller Love 'Em or Lose 'Em: Getting Good People to Stay, recently updated and expanded in a 2nd edition. It has become the world's best-selling employee retention book and is now available in over 14 languages.
