Sheila Davis is the CEO of Partners In Health (PIH), a nonprofit organization that envisions a world where health care is a human right. Her passion for social justice and equitable health care has served her in her career at PIH, where she previously was Chief of Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing nursing efforts as well as supply chain, medical informatics, laboratory, infrastructure, and quality improvement activities.

Prior to PIH, Davis was an adult nurse practitioner in the infectious diseases clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her work in this capacity, combined with over a decade and a half of advocacy for HIV/AIDS patients, has provided her with invaluable insights into the complexities of infectious diseases and the disparities that exist in health care. These experiences have equipped her with a unique perspective and understanding, strengthening her ability to drive change in the global health landscape.
