Through her innovative W.E.I.R.D. program, she provides engaging sessions aimed at teaching corporate leaders and employees about self-awareness, enabling them to be more effective, productive, and present. Her audiences have spanned numerous industry-leading companies and organizations, including the Dallas Mavericks, United Airlines, Marriott Hotels, UPS, and other notable entities. Alongside her speaking career, Brown is the author of "Weird Girl Adventures", and has an impressive record as a 26-time ultra-marathoner and marathoner. She has been recognized as a 2024 Woman to Watch for her substantial contributions.

Prior to her present endeavors, Brown held corporate positions in event tech, including roles as a regional and national director of sales, for 17 years. She is a certified mindfulness educator and was a respected member of Les Clefs d’Or USA.
