Shelley Goodstein, Founder and CEO of Hidden Crown Hair Extensions, is also a Ford model who speaks to women through television, national articles and public forums about a model's secrets to looking good from the inside out and the beauty of aging! Over her lifetime, Goodstein has collected many titles. She is a Ford Model, Miss North Dakota USA and, at age 50, she added entrepreneur to the list. With little savings and the need to put three children through college, Goodstein launched Hidden Crown Hair Extensions from her Tuscon, Arizona laundry room.

The idea for the do-it-yourself hair extensions company stemmed from Goodstein's modeling experience and her desire to replicate the extensions professionals had given her at home. She launched her website in 2013 with 24 products and has since expanded to include over 900 variations.
