Grammy Award-Winning Singer-Songwriter

Sheryl Crow is a Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and actress. Her music incorporates elements of pop, rock, country, jazz, and blues.

Her songs include "All I Wanna Do," "If It Makes You Happy," "My Favorite Mistake," "Everyday Is a Winding Road," and the theme song for the 1997 James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies. She has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide. Crow has garnered nine Grammy Awards in categories including Best New Artist, Record of the Year, and Best Rock Album from the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

As an actress, Crow has appeared on various television shows including "30 Rock," "Cop Rock," "GCB," "Cougar Town," "Jon Stewart," and Stephen Colbert's "Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear," as well as "One Tree Hill."

Crow was born in Kennett, Missouri, to a piano teacher mother and a trumpet-playing lawyer father.

Crow is known for her liberal political views, opposing the invasion of Iraq in 2003, supporting gun control measures, opposes military intervention in Syria, and supports fighting climate change.

Crow has been romantically linked to a number of high-profile men including legendary guitarist Eric Clapton, the infamous cyclist Lance Armstrong, and actor Owen Wilson.

Crow is herself a breast cancer survivor. In August 2010, Crow partnered with her surgeon, Kristi Funk, to open the Sheryl Crow Imaging Center at Funk's Pink Lotus Breast Center. Crow has also suffered from deep depression at times in her life.

Sheryl Crow Donates $21,000 To School
During an all school assembly that was featured on The TODAY Show’s “Show Heart Today” series on Feb. 8, Crow announced that she was “adopting” all of the school’s teachers through Adopt-A-Classroom with a $600 donation each. Farmers Insurance provided the financial backing as part of its Thank America’s Teacher program, which has donated more than $2 million to teachers across the country since 2014.
