Shirley currently hosts and produces an original online “vlog” series titled, Garden Center TV where she interviews the makers of garden lifestyle products and introduces them to her viewers. Shirley’s other vlog series, EdenMaker TV, covers Shirley’s “real world” landscape makeovers in Los Angeles. As a landscaping industry professional, Shirley is a member of the
Association of Professional Landscape Designers and has served as the public relations representative for the organization’s Southern California chapter. Shirley’s is a certified professional in Landscape and Nursery Practices and is an active member of the Garden Writers Association. Before entering garden design, Shirley enjoyed a successful career in public relations and real estate. Shirley in a native of Los Angeles and is married with four children. She is first generation Honduran/American and speaks Spanish fluently.
