Shree Bose            

Grand Prize Winner of the First Google Global Science Fair, Cancer Researcher & Resident Physician, University of Chicago; Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Piper Learning Inc.

At 17 years old, Shree Bose triumphed over 10,000 competitors to become the Grand Prize Winner of the first-ever Google Global Science Fair in 2011. She presented her winning work to President Obama and directors of the National Institutes of Health, as well as students around the world.

Through these experiences, Bose also became a passionate advocate for better STEM education, which led her to co-found Piper Learning, Inc., a company creating educational toys for kids. She currently serves as co-CEO.

After graduating from Harvard University in 2016, she joined the MD/PhD program at Duke University School of Medicine, where she recently completed her PhD on understanding metabolic changes in ovarian cancer metastasis and completed her MD in May 2023. She is now a resident physician at the University of Chicago.

She was honored on the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 for Science list.
