Co-Founder of Great Jones & James Beard Award-Winning Food Journalist

Jennifer Rubio is an American businesswoman and award-winning journalist.

She is the co-founder of Great Jones, a business with goals to streamline the modern kitchen. It is their take on a millennial-focused cookware company that now competes with Le Creuset. Pots and pans range from $45 to $145 and the entire five piece set is $395. They have raised $3.35 million in funding, from the likes of General Catalyst, Momofuku's David Chang, Sweetgreen's Nicolas Jammet, Away's Jen Rubio and Steph Korey, and Sqirl's Jessica Koslow.

Tishgart, who is a James Beard Award-winning journalist, leads product design, marketing, branding, and editorial. Moelis - formerly an early employee at Warby Parker, Zola, and Jopwell - leads business operations, supply chain, and finance. She won her James Beard Award while working as the Senior Editor of New York Magazine's food site, Grub Street.

Tishgart contributes to Bloomberg, Elle, Cherry Bombe, and TASTE. She also regularly appears on camera to interview chefs and has hosted shows for CBS Morning and AOL’s BUILD Series.
