After graduating from Bristol, University Simon spent three years at investment bank, Samuel Montagu, before joining his sister, Sarah Doukas at Storm Model Management in 1989.

Since then he has managed the growth of the business to become a major international force in the industry. Over the last twenty years he has overseen the strategic direction of people such as Kate Moss, Lily Cole, Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn allowing them to expand their brands and their businesses beyond the confines of modelling.

Simon recently launched Storm Artists, a management company for digital and broadcast talent, representing Jamie Laing and highly successful Youtubers Essie Button and Patricia Bright.
