Overcame Depression and Low Self-Esteem Through the Use of Meditation and Visualization Techniques

Sindi Somers' desire to succeed and the awareness that a better life may be achievable kept her from ever completely giving up. However, things often seemed dark and debilitating.

As a teenager Sindi experienced severe depression and low self-esteem. She had goals, but lacked the confidence to pursue them. Not believing that she deserved success, she herself sabotaged opportunities that came her way. At 18, Sindi began a journey of self healing that changed the direction of her life. She has overcome depression and other obstacles through the use of meditative visualization techniques. The life changing tools that she uses and now teaches can be a part of any public speaking event and tailored to benefit any group. Sindi speaks passionately on many topics demonstrating her well developed communication skills and joy of human interaction.

As a published writer, certified meditation teacher, animal lover and creative entrepeneur, Sindi is fulfilled by helping others. She is an expert in the areas of meditation, energy healing, psychic reading, animal communication and holistic pet care, including dog and cat nutrition. Through her business, Wild and Tame Wellness and Communications, Sindi assists people and animals. She also has a theatre background and is currently honing her skills as a stand-up comedienne. Sindi now lives her life authentically and with enthusiasm, achieving her goals and helping others to do the same.
