Sofia is co-founder and COO of Brightseed, a nature intelligence company using AI to discover plant-based bioactives that improve our quality of life. She has formerly held several leadership and advisory roles with Silicon Valley tech companies, bringing novel business models to market. She started her career as a consultant for BCG, where she was a member of the Bruce Henderson Institute and a Special Advisor to the United Nations. She holds a MBA from Stanford University.
