Stacy Martinet has spent her career at the intersection of marketing, media and technology and speaks on how to climb the corporate ladder as a woman.

Martinet is the Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Communications at Adobe. Martinet joined Adobe in 2016 and leads a global team responsible for corporate reputation and demonstrating how Adobe is changing the world through digital experiences.

Before joining Adobe, Martinet was Chief Marketing Officer of Mashable. In that role, she guided the company through explosive growth in users and advertisers, three rounds of funding and a restructuring. She architected the company's marketing and communications strategy and built an integrated marketing organization across brand and demand generation channels. She was part of the company’s executive team —taking it from a tech blog to a global consumer internet site.

Before joining Mashable, she spent nearly a decade in corporate communications and digital marketing at The New York Times Company during the company’s transition to digital which included a transformation of its journalism approach and the introduction of a digital subscription model. She was part of the team that pioneered the company’s first social media strategy.

Martinet was named by Folio’s Top Women in Media as a Corporate Visionary in 2015. In 2012, Martinet was named to PR Week’s 40 Under 40 list. Martinet speaks and writes about digital trends; her work has appeared in Mashable, The New York Times, Ad Week, ClickZ, CMO.com and Cosmopolitan Magazine.

Martinet is an active member of New York Women in Communication, where she served on the board from 2011 to 2017. She is a graduate of Towson University. She holds a patent for viral media content.
