Stephanie is both an adopted child, as well as a birth mother herself. She is an advocate for adoption and actively speaks at events such as waiting family meetings, where she helps educate couples on adoption; specifically open adoption. She has been published in many education-related marketing materials and testimonials, sharing her personal experiences, living on two different sides of adoption. She helps counsel women who are going through unplanned pregnancies, as well as during the post- adoption process, by attending and speaking at birthmother support groups.

Stephanie has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University, and is the Brand Manager for Alfa Romeo North America.
