Pastry Chef, Judge at Food Network & Host at Baking Bad on Cooking Channel

Stephanie Boswell is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef known for her innovative creations and appearances on Food Network. Most recently, she served as the Executive Pastry Chef at the prestigious Peninsula Beverly Hills, where her signature Fabergé Egg dessert garnered worldwide recognition. Boswell has been named one of the “Best Up-and-Coming Female Chefs in Los Angeles” by CBSLA and was spotlighted as “A Woman to Watch” by LA Confidential Magazine. Before her role at the Peninsula, she made a significant mark as the Executive Pastry Chef at Sage Restaurant in Las Vegas, where her Foie Gras Candy Bar was hailed as one of the best desserts in America by Forbes and was described by Anthony Bourdain as a "must-do in Las Vegas."

Boswell’s journey began in Chicago, where she honed her skills as an Assistant Pastry Chef at the Michelin-starred restaurants Tru and Naha. Both restaurants received Michelin stars during her tenure, a recognition she celebrates with tattoos of the stars on her hands, serving as a personal reminder of what can be achieved through creativity and dedication.

In addition to her culinary accomplishments, Boswell has become a popular figure on Food Network. She has appeared as a regular judge on shows like "Halloween Baking Championship," "Spring Baking Championship," "Easter Basket Challenge," and "Buddy vs. Duff." She has also guest-judged on "Supermarket Stakeout" and "Chopped Sweets." Recently, she hosted her own show, "Bake or Break," where she used her expertise to revitalize struggling bakeries across the nation.
