Stephen W. Frueh M.Div; PhD is a leadership coach who grew up in the streets of northern new jersey. He left home at thirteen and a half years old and lived and worked on a five hundred acre farm in Pennsylvania. At sixteen he dropped out of high school and worked in factories in northern n.j. Returned to school nights while working 12 hour shifts in textiles. Became a philosophy major in college, a theology major in seminary and a clinical psychology major in grad school.

Stephen studied leadership post phd with the BestWork people in northern california for 3 years. His focus is facilitating excellence in others. His skills include leadership consulting and coaching - executive teams, ceo's, business owners and entrepreneurs. He has written two unusual books on marriage the latest of which is "From Marginal to Magnificent: How to Make Your Marriage Sing."

Stephen is a story teller with a laser like focus on purpose. He brings life experience - two failed marriages plus his 25 year relationship with his life partner Lynn, a PsyD marriage therapist. He has worked as a newspaper boy, farmer, textile worker, painter, psychotherapist, leadership coach, marriage coach, professor, and keynote speaker. Stephen offers regular monthly workshops for business owners and entrepreneurs as well as monthly workshops on excellence in marriage. He custom crafts each speaking request fine tuning his passion to the needs and interests of the audience.

He is an avid bicyclist and roller blader and lives with his wife and eleven year old daughter in eastern ventura county, ca.
