Steve Cadigan is a renowned talent strategist and company culture expert based in Silicon Valley. As the Founder of Cadigan Talent Ventures LLC, he assists organizations worldwide in developing effective talent strategies. Cadigan also founded ISDI Digital University in early 2017, which offers a Master's Degree in Internet Business (MIB), a pioneering program in the U.S. aimed at bridging the digital divide.

With over 25 years of experience in global human resources, Cadigan has been integral in more than 60 M&A transactions across various industries and regions. His leadership in HR was pivotal during his tenure as the first VP of Talent at LinkedIn, where he helped scale the company from 400 to over 4000 employees and led through its IPO. His strategic initiatives at LinkedIn have set benchmarks in leveraging corporate culture for sustainable growth.
Cadigan holds a BA in History from Wesleyan University and an MA in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Currently, he serves as an advisor to Hirepool, Nutanix, and several other companies, continuing to influence the evolving landscape of workplace culture and talent development.
