Steve Keller

Steve Keller is CEO of iV (Nashville) and iV2 (Frankfurt), audio consultancies focused on providing strategic audio branding for a wide range of global agencies and brands. He channels his passion for art and science into award winning sonic initiatives for his clients, delivering the strategy, content, evaluation and asset management necessary to build strong audio brands.
Steve is recognized as one of the leading experts in the field of audio branding. With a head for data and a heart for sonic expression, he actively engages in collaborative research projects, exploring the power of sound to shape our perceptions and influence our behavior. Current endeavors include an examination of sound/taste relationships with Oxford’s Crossmodal Research Laboratory, and the search for audio archetypes with Goldsmith’s Music, Mind and Brain program. An in-demand speaker, Steve is often found sharing his insights at conferences (MIDEM, Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, TEDx, Eurobest, Dubai Lynx, Transform Hong Kong, Transform London, ESCOM, Neuromarketing World Forum), professional organizations (AMA, AAF, Audio Branding Academy) and universities around the world.
In addition to a BA in Psychology with a focus on research, social psychology, and group dynamics, Steve has over 25 years of experience in the music industry as a producer, remixer, composer, independent label executive, music publisher and manager. He is the 2017 recipient of the iHeartMedia Scholarship for Leadership in Audio Innovation, and is currently completing an Executive MBA through the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
