Dr. Steven Aldana is a former professor of lifestyle medicine at Brigham Young University and the founder and CEO of WellSteps, a company dedicated to improving health through evidence-based wellness programs. He previously led the Lifestyle Research Group (LRG), which specialized in the evaluation and development of health improvement programs, providing services to major corporations such as NASA, British Petroleum, and Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Aldana has published over 60 scientific articles focused on the prevention, arrest, and reversal of America’s most prevalent chronic diseases.
