Previously, he served on former Illinois Governor Pat Quinn's task force on social innovation, entrepreneurship, and enterprise; as a mentor and instructor at Northwestern University's Farley Center for Entrepreneurship; and on the board of directors of the region's largest refugee resettlement agency.
