Co-Founder of Watcher Entertainment & Former Award-Winning Host of BuzzFeed's "Worth It"

Steven Lim (he/him) is the CEO and co-founder of Watcher Entertainment. Founded alongside Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej, Watcher is a production studio focused on creating television-caliber, unscripted series in the digital space. Their shows have a genuine curiosity and earnest exploration of various topics, including food, travel, horror, and everything in between.

Lim is formerly a chemical engineer who graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in chemical engineering. He worked as an engineer at Procter & Gamble when he began making videos on YouTube. Identifying a different passion, he transitioned into entertainment, working his way to Executive Producer at BuzzFeed.

He created and hosted BuzzFeed’s biggest food show, “Worth It,” a 3-time Streamy Award winner and a 1-time Webby Award winner. At one point, it was the most popular food show on YouTube, with over a billion views. It featured esteemed chefs David Chang, Nancy Silverton, Masa Takayama, Dominque Crenn, and many others.
