Stoyan Yankov is a global speaker, corporate trainer, productivity and performance coach, and bestselling author of two business books: "PERFORM" and "PERFORM in Times of Crisis".

With over a decade of experience, Yankov has delivered keynote speeches at hundreds of major conferences and events in over 35 countries, including Web Summit, The Next Web, Management Events - Executive Day, and InMerge. Often perceived as a motivational speaker, due to his high energy on stage, Yankov sees himself more as a strategic storyteller. As a corporate trainer and performance coach, Yankov has worked with over 550 companies worldwide, ranging from large international corporations to high-growth scale-ups, helping them build high-performance cultures, enhance productivity, and strengthen team cohesion. Before transitioning to public speaking and corporate training, Yankov spent several years as a movie producer and director, founding a high-end video production agency. Driven by his mission “to bring people together,” he engaged in organizing numerous premium events, private retreats, and business networking experiences. This creative background shaped his innovative and engaging approach to coaching and public speaking.

Yankov holds an MSc in Finance from Aarhus School of Business in Denmark, where he spent a decade gaining international experience and developing his entrepreneurial skills.
