Susan Chang is social media manager for Dropbox. Chang realized during graduate school at the London School of Economics that she could actually turn her love for social media into a real career. After spending five years at digital agencies and helping brands such as L’Oreal and Microsoft launch social media programs, Chang now works for Dropbox where she focuses on ways to bring delight to users through social media initiatives.
