Susan has spent over 13 years in digital media and marketing, most recently as SVP/General Manager of Boston.com, one of the largest news and information sites on the Web, owned by the New York Times Company. She also was a co-founder of Abridge, Inc., a venture-backed start-up that focused on finding patterns and trends in email and other electronic communications. She spent the early part of her career as a management consultant.

Susan has an MBA from The Tuck School of Business, a BA in government from Wesleyan University, and recently finished the graduate program in sustainable design at the Boston Architecture College. She serves on the boards of Xconomy.com, the Center for Women & Enterprise, and Inspiring Kids. She lives in Newton, MA with her better half, Peter, two young children, and dog, Annie.
