Susan L. Farrell, MBA, RD, owns SLF Consulting & Training. She has over 25 years of experience in management, consulting, and training. She has over 10 years of national speaking experience.

Susan has a strong desire to help people succeed. This passion to assist people to understand thoroughly the concepts and techniques, combined with years of practical experience, make her an excellent speaker and trainer. Her sincerity and humor make it easy for the audience to connect with her.

She worked as executive director food and nutrition services for a national long-term care company. In this role, she was responsible for the regulatory compliance, budget control, and customer satisfaction for over 180 facilities. She was also responsible for developing and implementing the programs and systems necessary to meet company objectives in these areas.

Susan worked as a food serivce specialist for a food service distribution company. In this role, she managed the health care support services. She taught as an adjunct instructor for business colleges.

She is a ServSafe instructor and proctor for the Wisconsin Restaurant Association. She speaks nationally to healthcare and food service management associations.
