Susanne Triner, Bern, Switzerland and Jericho, Palestine Sphere activities: Organizational Transformation, Social and Civic Architecture, Empowerment of Individuals and Teams. Born and raised in Switzerland Susanne Triner is a graduate of the Swiss Business Leaders School. She has held senior management positions in various companies with up to 120 employees. In 1991 she was the co-founder of an International Consulting Company, working in Russia and many other European countries with individuals, teams and organisations for 10 years. From 1994 to 1998 she lived in a Japanese Zen-Buddhist monastery concurrent with her teaching and consulting tasks. After returning to Switzerland in 1999 she worked as a strategic adviser in different National Health Protection programs, as a business consultant and personal coach. In 2004 she ceased these activities to concentrate on the foundation of her own organisation. Together to One was founded in Muri (Bern), Switzerland in January 2005. The activities in Jericho began May 8, 2005 when 70 people from four continents came together in ancient Quasr Hisham.
