Susie Fishbein is a kosher cook and cookbook author. Between 2003 and 2016, Fishbein authored the "Kosher By Design" series, comprising nine cookbooks that sold over 500,000 copies. These books combined elegant yet easy-to-prepare kosher recipes with full-color photographs, appealing to a broad audience and revolutionizing kosher home cooking. She has been the featured celebrity guest on cruise ships. She is currently leading culinary adventures to Israel, France, Cancun, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast.

Previously, Fishbein co-edited "The Kosher Palette," a community cookbook produced as a fundraiser for the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy in Livingston, New Jersey. The success of this project inspired her to pursue further culinary endeavors such as her "Kosher by Design" series.

Profiled in the New York Times and on CNN, Fishbein has been named one of the 50 most influential Jews by the Forward. She has been a guest on dozens of network TV and radio shows and was featured at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival at Disneyworld. Fishbein was an honored guest at the White House in recognition of National Jewish Heritage Month. In 2015, she launched a culinary institute for kids for the New Jersey Y Camps.
