In her prior role as the Director of Research and Implementation at Mindset Works, Inc., she provided program and research consulting to many schools, districts, and organizations across the U.S. and abroad. As a published researcher, her work has been featured in various outlets including the New York Times and WNYC. She is also a proud first-generation Mexican-American, whose own experiences growing up and learning about growth mindset and SEL inspire her to connect with others around the important ways that mindsets can empower and shift the way we work and achieve. In her free time, Roberts enjoys karaoke (especially rancheras), writing poetry, podcasting, and volunteering for Princeton ASC as well as BIPOC youth mentorship.
