Ms. Longmire is the founder of the award-winning Spin the Globe travel blog, on which she shares her adventures traveling solo around the world in a power wheelchair. She focuses on the wheelchair accessibility of her destinations, encouraging fellow wheelchair users to explore the world. Ms. Longmire is also a subject matter expert on Mexico’s drug war and border security. Her on-camera work (and COVID-19) led to a career pivot and the exciting start of a new career in voice acting. As a director and producer, she is currently developing an animated short film, a hosted travel series, and a documentary, all involving people with disabilities.
