T Casey Fleming serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BlackOps Partners Corporation, the leading advisors for security strategy, adversarial intelligence and Cybersecurity, to senior leadership of the world’s largest organizations.

Mr. Fleming is recognized as a top expert, thought leader and visionary on issues related to Strategic Risk. He writes and speaks regularly about Hybrid Warfare and the existential business risk advanced by adversarial nation-states and hacking groups. His expertise includes critical adversarial intelligence involving Great Power Competition, Asymmetric Hybrid Warfare strategy, the Gray Zone, Cybersecurity, Security Strategy, Economic Espionage and turning IP Theft Protection into competitive advantage.

Mr. Fleming regularly advises senior leadership within the private sector, Congress, Department of Justice, The White House, government agencies, the military and academia on security strategy, cybersecurity, cloud, as well as issues concerning national security.

Great Power Competition and Asymmetric Hybrid Warfare are the new normal. Mr. Fleming co-developed InvictusTM, the strategic wargame exercise that enables organizations to detect and mitigate unforeseen risk, while identifying opportunities to compete effectively. He was named Cybersecurity Professional of the Year by the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards and was selected to deliver a TEDx talk on Hybrid Warfare. Previously, Mr. Fleming built and led global operations for IBM Corporation, IBM Global Services, Deloitte Consulting and Good Technology. He served as the founding managing director of IBM Global Services’ highly successful Cyber Division, now IBM Security.

Mr. Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and later served as an instructor with IBM’s internal MBA program. He has participated in executive programs with Harvard Business School, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and IBM Corporation.
