Finding Your Voice: 3 Secrets to Communicating with Confidence & Being Heard
As girls and young women, many of us received messages from families, educational institutions, and culture that told us that our voice was not as important as the voices of men and boys. We were taught to be “good girls” – to behave, to not question things, to not ruffle anyone’s feathers, and maybe even to stay silent. This left some of us questioning whether we were even worthy of having a voice. As women today, this cultural messaging has had long-term effects on how we feel about our voice and how we show up (or don’t show up) in our leadership.
In this talk, Tabby will:
- Unpack the reasons why so many women have self-doubt around their voice
- Share tools and practices to support participants in building confidence in their voice
- Reveal 3 secrets to communicating with confidence and being heard
She Leads: Developing Your Power & Influence as a Female Leader
We need more empowered women leading in our world. But power is a mixed bag for many women since it has been used against us. Furthermore, many of us were shamed when we were little for our power. Because of this, many of us have lost touch with our own power. This is not only frustrating, it is detrimental to our health, and to our ability to affect our environment and the world we all share.
In this talk, Tabby will:
- Explore with participants their personal relationship with power
- Redefine power from a feminine perspective so that it’s accessible to you
- Share tools and practices with participants to develop their power and influence (so they can take the lead and scale their impact!)
Your Feminine Legacy: Stepping Into Your Next Professional Chapter
Legacy is not often talked about in relation to women. For so long, it was the domain of men. Male athletes, literary geniuses, scientists, Hollywood directors, and world leaders. Today, this is thankfully changing. We are now in the era of Feminine Legacy. But what is feminine legacy exactly? And how can we ensure we are living it?
In this talk, Tabby will:
- Unpack feminine legacy (including what it is + why it’s so important)
- Explore with participants their personal legacy vision
- Share tools and practices to break through any blocks so participants can step into their next professional chapter (that feels more satisfying, meaningful, and impactful!)
