TAMARA FIELDS currently works for Accenture Federal Services providing systems integration and delivery for Federal and State and local clients. She has worked for Accenture for the past 17 years supporting primarily large, complex federal financials implementations. She currently serves as the PM deputy for the GFEBS Program. Fields has a strong background in contract management and federal financials transformation programs. She also has strong expertise in program management for large scale, global, financial SAP implementations. She is PMP and ITIL certified, is a certified SAP Solution Architect and is certified Accenture Solutions Architect. Fields is in transition from the GFEBS program and has recently taken responsibility as program manager for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accountants CAPPS project. Prior to the GFEBS Program, Fields supported a federal financials transformation at NASA. In addition, she supported a large, complex, global procurement and contracts management transformation for several fortune 500 global companies. She is active in her community and has started new initiatives in her local church for disadvantage youth and single mothers. Fields serves on the board of directors for Paul Quinn University in Dallas, Texas in which she serves on several committees including the executive and finance committees. @accenture
