Tam?s Landesz is Director of Corporate Services at the European Defence Agency (EDA). Prior, he provided advice on public policy, change management and organizational development to governments and international organizations, including the Office of the Prime Minister of Lebanon, the OSCE, the European Commission, Oxfam GB and the United Nations. His work included assignments to complex post-conflict hotspots in the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East and South America. Landesz started his career in strategic management consulting in Eastern Europe during the transition from centrally planned to market economies following the fall of the Berlin Wall. Landesz holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, an MA in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and an MBA from Vienna International University. He is working on a PhD dissertation on the future of leadership. Landesz is a Member of Michael Porter's academic network, lecturing on the microeconomics of competitiveness. He is an adviser to the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Hub in Budapest.
