Tammy Bjelland is the Founder and CEO of Workplaceless, a training company that teaches remote workers, leaders, and companies how to work, lead, grow, and thrive in distributed environments.

Prior to founding Workplaceless in 2017, Bjelland taught Spanish at various institutions of higher education, including online courses. With her background in higher education, publishing, edtech, eLearning, and corporate training, she is passionate about driving and supporting the future of learning and the future of work.

Bjelland holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in Spanish literature, also from the University of Virginia.
