Tammy Sun is the Founder and CEO of Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility care platform for women. She has been nationally recognized as a pioneering health care and business leader.

Sun was honored as one of Fierce Healthcare’s 2023 Women of Influence, received a 2023 Woman Award for Corporate Leadership presented by Engage, and was named one of Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Women of Influence in 2022. Under her leadership, Carrot has become the largest and most comprehensive global platform for fertility care, earning numerous accolades such as Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Product from the Anthem Awards, a spot on Fast Company's "Most Innovative Companies," and recognition as one of Fortune's "Best Workplaces in Healthcare." The company has teams in more than 40 states across the United States and dozens of countries.

She has been featured in national and international media on issues related to the future of work and universal access to fertility healthcare, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, National Public Radio, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, BBC, The Economist, and more. Sun is a frequent speaker at key conferences such as Oliver Wyman, HLTH, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the British Fertility Society.

Prior to Carrot, Sun was a presidential appointee in President Barack Obama’s administration at the Federal Communications Commission and held various roles at The White House. She also served on national and local campaigns and at public policy think tanks, and Sun also managed growth partnerships at Evernote. She graduated from New York University and attended the London School of Economics.
