Under her leadership, Carrot has become the largest and most comprehensive global platform for fertility care, earning numerous accolades such as Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Product from the Anthem Awards, a spot on Fast Company's "Most Innovative Companies," and recognition as one of Fortune's "Best Workplaces in Healthcare." The company has teams in more than 40 states across the United States and dozens of countries.

Prior to Carrot, Sun was a presidential appointee in President Barack Obama’s administration at the Federal Communications Commission and held various roles at The White House. She also served on national and local campaigns and at public policy think tanks, and Sun also managed growth partnerships at Evernote. She graduated from New York University and attended the London School of Economics.
