Tania Boler is the founder and former CEO of Elvie, where she notably advanced the company to become a market leader in premium breast pumps in both the U.K. and U.S. Founded in 2013, Elvie stands at the forefront of femtech, dedicated to empowering women with innovative female-first technology. Under her leadership, the brand significantly impacted women's health by re-imagining pelvic floor health and breast pumping. Boler's extensive education and experience have fueled her commitment to developing technology that challenges societal taboos and enhances women's health services through ongoing research and innovation. Elvie currently offers six products across two categories and has garnered international acclaim, including recognition as one of ‘TIME Magazine’s 100 Greatest Inventions’ and multiple Red Dot design awards.

Following her academic pursuits at Oxford and Stanford, where she earned a PhD with a thesis on teenage pregnancy and HIV in South Africa, Boler held several influential roles. She served as the Global Director of Research and Innovation at Marie Stopes, the largest global provider of women's health services, and as the Team Leader for HIV prevention at UNESCO. Her contributions to global health and education also include developing the first-ever Global Curriculum on Sex & Sexuality Education at the United Nations. A prolific writer, Boler has authored two pivotal books on HIV, gender, and education.

In 2021, Boler was honored as GLAMOUR’s Women of the Year: Technology Gamechanger. In 2022, she transitioned from her role as CEO to President of Elvie, continuing to drive the company's strategy and growth in the global market. Her work remains integral to the company's ongoing success and its mission to improve health care services for women worldwide.
