Tania Haigh is known as a social impact leader and an entrepreneur building brands in international markets. Haigh’s 20 + year career is anchored by her decade-long tenure at McDonald’s USA, serving as a foundational step to business ownership as a strategic partner to investors with a focus on business development, brand launches and market expansions. Haigh has also been a longtime contributor and leader in civic causes involving women and children’s well-being. She’s the founder of Magnolia Insights, TEDxOakPark, Parents Against Child Sex Abuse (PAXA) and the KIDS TOO Movement.

Haigh has been featured for her work on TV outlets in Chicago, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Orlando and Miami plus a range of podcasts and radio shows in English and Spanish language media. Fifteen years ago, Tania Haigh was a marketing manager driving cause-marketing efforts at one of the world's biggest brands, McDonald's. In 2008, one of Tania's assignments led her to her first meaningful media moment - an interview at the marquee publication, Advertising Age. The article's title was "Yes, there's an ROI for Doing Good".
