Taylor Swift is a singer-songwriter and producer known for her signature narrative-style songs. That same year she also released "Evermore," building upon the indie folk style she explored in her previous album. Following "Evermore," Swift dropped the electropop album Midnights in 2022. In 2024, Swift dropped a surprise double album "The Tortured Poets Department," with the second half of the album being released as a surprise several hours after the first part went live.

Following the re-release of her earlier albums with the added "(Taylor's Version)," Swift embarked on her Eras Tour, accompanied by a concert film, which became the highest-grossing tour and concert film of all time.
