How to Exceed Employees’ and Customers’ Expectations

Anyone can give a SPEECH.

Did your participants really spend dozens of hours and possibly thousands of dollars to attend a conference to watch a live version of a canned speech they could have stayed at home to watch the same speaker deliver on YouTube?

Instead. create a dynamic EXPERIENCE - get your conference participants to talk, laugh and learn about EACH OTHER!

How can they do this?

Your participants will immediately self-select into four groups (and not just listen to yet another speech) and will help the presenter develop the session content. Based on the group they self-select, participants will be given a different color wristband to help them network with fellow participants through the remainder of the conference. They will also be given tools (such as a postcard to demonstrate employee and/or customer appreciation, and seven specific questions to ask each of their employees to help the participant become "Boss of the Year") they can use to motivate members of their team.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn more about yourself and your fellow conference participants
  • See how to handle difficult conversations with employees and customers
  • Effectively work with the five generations (Matures, Baby Boomers, Generations X, Y and Z)
  • Understand how to set goals for your organization
  • Learn how to use tools to better manage your time
  • Determine what sets your organization apart from your competitors
  • Learn about THE most effective marketing technique
  • Discover the number one marketing mistake most small businesses make (and how to avoid it)
  • Find out why other businesses lose customers (and what YOU can do about it)

How to Exceed Employees’ and Customers’ Expectations in a Post-COVID World

For so many conference breakout sessions, your participants can travel hundreds of miles and pay hundreds of dollars only to sit in silence to listen to yet another "sage on the stage" talk about themself. This session will be different, as your participants will thank you as they have the opportunity to finally talk, laugh and engage with each other as they learn more about how to motivate and retain their employees and customers.

Creating Strategic Relationships: Here And Now

While many keynote speakers deliver a well-rehearsed and pre-planned (almost canned) presentation, this one is delivered in the moment. Your participants help me to write the script as they learn more about themselves and their fellow conference participants.
