With over 25 years of domestic and international experience in innovation, technology and product development, Terry Bradwell has held a number of executive leadership positions. As a CIO, he transformed IT organizations from a “cost center” to a “value center,” running IT like a business, stimulating innovation across the enterprise and identifying new sources of revenue.

Most recently, Terry was the Chief Enterprise Strategy and Innovation officer with the worlds largest organization that helps people over the age 50 live their best lives. He played a crucial role in creating the multi-year roadmap that successfully transformed and modernized AARP through the development of a clear and sustaining corporate strategy backed by a strong innovation pipeline. Known as an inspirational change agent, he headed the organization's strategic planning and strategic intelligence, strategic corporate partnerships, new product development and a state of the art (and award winning) innovation and technology lab that continually discovers new and relevant solutions for AARPs 38 million customers.
