Terry Chen is an Associate Director of Pivotal Labs San Francisco, who has over ten years experience as a software development leader. Terry is passionate about solving business problems with innovation and has devoted his career to building software and managing large teams across different scales of organization from boot-strapped startup to Fortune 500. Terry currently overseas all aspects of business development, allocations and utilization for client engagements in our San Francisco office. Prior to joining Pivotal Labs, Terry was an Engineering Manager at mobile gaming startup Ngmoco:), which he saw through an acquisition. He was also part of early-stage software teams at Amazon and Avid. Terry continues to advise startups on development best practices, organizational management, and hiring through the Pivotal Labs Product Office Hours program and beyond.
