Dr. Thea has a passion for working with organizations who are striving to improve. Her work focuses on building capacity, incorporating research, and developing communication skills. She weaves her business, academic, and clinical knowledge into comprehensive consulting plans custom tailored for each organization. She provides leaders, supervisors, and employees with the practical, real world skills needed to succeed.

She has a B.S. in Business Management and an M.S.W. from Louisiana State University. She has consulted with organizations striving to increase their influence through organizational development and capacity building. She has worked with a wide range of clients on analyzing and improving their communication techniques. Since beginning her consulting and speaking business in 1997, she has assisted organizations through conference presentations, in-depth trainings, consulting projects, and leading retreats.

Dr. Thea has a Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and was an Assistant Professor at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She specializes in assisting organizations with developing and implementing plans for growth.
