Most Decorated Crossfit Athlete in History, Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist & Olympian

Tia-Clair Toomey is an Australian professional CrossFit athlete and the most decorated athlete in the history of the sport. As the reigning champion, she has triumphed with six consecutive titles at the CrossFit Games, making her the athlete with the most title wins in the history of the sport. In addition to her numerous victories in CrossFit, Toomey is an accomplished weightlifter. She was a gold medalist in the women's 58kg event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and represented Australia at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics in the same category. Beyond her accolades in CrossFit and weightlifting, Toomey has also shown her versatility as an athlete by qualifying for the Winter Olympics in bobsled.

Toomey, alongside her husband and coach Shane Orr, announced their departure from Australia and moved to Cookeville, Tennessee, in October 2018 to train at CrossFit Mayhem - a gym owned by fellow CrossFit champion Rich Froning. In 2019, they sold their gym in Gladstone and since then, they have relocated to East Nashville, Tennessee. Shane Orr is currently the head coach of PRVN Fitness training camp while Toomey continues her athletic journey. Off the competition floor, Toomey has made a name for herself as an author, having penned the book "How I Became The Fittest Woman on Earth: My Story So Far."

Recognized for her impressive athletic prowess, Toomey was ranked No. 1 in Sports Illustrated's Fittest 50 for 2022. Despite this recognition, she did not compete in the 2023 CrossFit Games due to her pregnancy. Toomey and Orr welcomed their daughter, Willow, on May 9, 2023. Toomey remains committed to her athletic career but maintains a balanced lifestyle, proving she is indeed the Fittest Woman on Earth.
